You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, text or image you send us. We are not responsible for claims that come from artwork you supply.
Production and delivery
We will give you an estimated timeline when the order is confirmed. Delivery times can change because of production or shipping delays.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us about any change before production begins. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
Damaged or incorrect orders

Approval of proofs and designs
Once you approve a design, we produce it exactly as approved. Please check spelling, colors, sizes and quantities before you approve, because we cannot be responsible for mistakes in an approved design.
Colors
Printed colors can look slightly different from colors on a screen. Small differences in color are normal.
Quantity differences
In custom production, the final count can differ slightly from the quantity ordered. We will tell you if this happens.
Ownership of artwork
Your logo and designs stay yours. We use them only to make your order.
Limitation of liability
We make every effort to deliver the right boxes on time. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, caused by delays or issues with an order.
